Job Description

An Employer in Hillsboro, Oregon is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team on-site. The day to day in this position encompasses a variety of tasks such as but not limited to data entry, intermediary excel work, maintaining a clean office environment, and collaborating with crew on-site to ensure a safe and productive environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Suite with intermediary experience in Excel required

*Comfortability operating a company owned vehicle

*Ability to enter data in an efficient and accurate manner

*Must be able to convert PDFs to excel files, create and maintain pivot tables, create, and maintain presentations on excel, etc

*Must have the ability to prioritize tasks, assess and problem solve accordingly, and demonstrate business communication skills

*Ability to demonstrate customer service skills as well as work within a team environment

*Maintain a clean office environment

*Run simple errands according to current office needs

*Demonstrate a go-getter mentality while maintaining a positive attitude throughout day-to-day operations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

*Experience/working knowledge of P6 and/or MS project

*Experience working within a construction site type of environment (nice to have but not needed)
