Creative Producer/PM

*Owning the day-to-day relationship with clients, maximizing client satisfaction and minimizing client attrition through delivering excellence in production management. Ensure communication is prompt, flexible, friendly, and professional always.

*Documenting and tracking project deliverables, creating and updating internal and client facing tracking documents such as work back schedules and asset spreadsheets.

*Bridging communication between internal team and clients, passing client updates to the team, clarifying artist questions and following up on any missing inputs or briefing information.

* Has to be a leader

* Advertising/marketing degree preferred, 5 years direct experience in position w/degree related to position.

*Demonstrable knowledge of 3D creative software and their appropriate application.

* Prior experience of defining and managing project processes.

* Project Management certification preferred. PMP or similar.

* The ideal candidate will have experience of either creative advertising photographic and CGI post-production or gaming art services content creation.
