Job Description

Responsible for intermediate-level drafting that provides support to project teams. Primary responsibility to

interpret and produce drawings from sketches, verbal instructions, and /or notes. Exhibits advanced time

management skills and adherence to schedules / deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

A.A. degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.

* 2+ years structural drafting experience or related experience.

* Good verbal communication skills, including listening and questioning.

* Good analytical skills; ability to assess risks/obstacles and provide positive alternative solutions

* Good time management skills.

* Dedicated to providing excellent support to all stakeholders.

* Intermediate level Revit and Bluebeam software skills

* Possess the ability to create and manage Revit families

* Additional software skills: Basic PowerPoint: Intermediate Word, Outlook, Excel.

* Good problem-solving skills.

* Team player: works with project team.
