As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will join the Corporate HR and IPA Technology team supporting the administration of 5000+ global users for Microsoft Office 365 Applications -- mainly focusing on SharePoint, but also including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive. You will provide continuity and coverage over day-to-day support, averaging 8-12 tickets per week. You will be resolving issues around user permissions, creating and managing new users, recovering files, and serving as an escalation point for other members on your team and the End User Compute Team.
* 5+ years of experience of Microsoft 365 Online Administration
o SharePoint, Exchange, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.
* Strong experience with Power Platform and Azure Active Directory
* Strong ticketing experience (team currently uses Jira and Cherwell)
