We're looking for Data Center Technicians to join our growing team within infrastructure operations. A typical day in this role includes troubleshooting and repairing servers with hardware and network issues. The main responsibilities of the position involves hardware diagnostic and replacement of failed components. The Technician will be responsible for utilizing a ticketing system to perform incident management of servers and networking equipment, including project work and capacity management.
1+ years IT support experience, hardware or cabling preferred
Experience with a ticketing system and proven ability to manage priorities in the system
Knowledge of Operating Systems, preferably Linux
Understanding of network design/protocols, storage devices and scripting languages
Must be capable of lifting 35lbs
Ability to problem solve individually and work in a production environment
Data center experience at an enterprise level company
