Job Description
A large tire retail client is looking for a Network Engineer ll to join their team. This person will be responsible for engineering, configuration, installation, and design strategy for the company's network systems. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN, SD WAN, data communications systems, network protocols, remote access, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment. This role will be in a hybrid capacity in Bend, OR. This team is continuing to grow with room to grow into a Network lll role.
Required Skills & Experience
4-7 years of experience in networking engineering
Certification in CCNA, CCNP, Palto Alto, or similar
Experience with data center infrastructure including Cisco ISR, Cisco ASR, Cisco catalyst, and/or Cisco Nexus.
Knowledge of cloud systems including AWS and Azure
Experience working with Palo Alto SD WAN
Knowledge of Voice systems from a networking perspective
Strong interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Scripting experience (Python)
Experience supporting retail environments
