A large tire retailer in the Bend, OR area is looking for an ERP Core Portfolio Manager to join their IT division. This manager will be responsible for overseeing two teams - HCM (Human Capital Management) and FCM (Financial capital management). The ideal candidate has strong technical or functional knowledge in ERP systems especially finance and HR modules. They will be required to design, develop and deploy processes, systems and services across the above mentioned portfolios. This role will be 60% people management and 40% hand-on work.
- Minimum four year college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance/ accounting. MBA preferred.
- Ability to manage a large, diverse group of members in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in understanding and able to analyze business requirements
- High level knowledge of middleware (Boomi, Mulesoft or similar tools)
- Familiarity with Kronos preferred
- Experience in managing a budget of $5M or more.
- Good knowledge in SDLC
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Managerial position having direct reports required
- 2+ years of experience in Cloud ERP systems
