Insight Global is seeking an Airtable Consultant to support a large sports lifestyle retail brand in Beaverton, Oregon area. You will be joining the Global Platforms and Technology team in support of the organization's Global Brand Marketing Operations group. This is a lean team of three individuals reporting into the Platforms and Technology director. The brand marketing orgs have ramped quickly using Airtable and all teams are transitioning from Spinklr to Airtable for content management. This project is in its final stages and the team needs support through Airtable configuration. You will be responsible for handling configuration escalations and tickets. This includes building fields/values, filters, grouping, sorting, and formula work. You will collaborate with many teams based on request, in addition to the Project Manager and Global Tech team who owns the platform. The future state for this team is to be an Airtable center of excellence for the org as a whole.
- 3+ years of experience working within a marketing or technical organization
- 3+ years of experience working with AirTable, must have configuration experience
- Strong analytical skills, commitment to support internal teams, and passionate about creating unique solutions to complex business problems
- Expertise supporting complex technical landscapes, inclusive of data, process mapping, and digital marketing technologies
- Strong project management skills and ability to streamline and optimize complex processes
- A proven track record with establishing strong relationships with internal teams
