Job Description

An enterprise level sports retail company in the Portland area is looking to bring on an Owned Media Analyst to join their Consumer Insights division. This person will play a key role in the analysis and data visualization/storytelling of the clients owned media channels (specifically for email and push notification marketing campaigns). To be successful this person will come to the table with previous experience in owned media analysis, and has comfortability is utilizing Marketing Mix Modeling, as this person will be partnering heavily with the Data Science team that builds the MMM tools. On a day-to-day basis this person will be pulling out specific insights related to owned media from MMM to understand performance of previous marketing/media efforts, utilizing SQL and writing SQL from scratch, and utilizing Tableau to create data visualizations. This person also needs to be experienced in communicating and presenting with Sr leadership on a regular basis to ensure alignment across the analytics and marketing teams.

Required Skills & Experience

-5-6 years of analytics experience in marketing, media, MarTech, and/or owned media

-3+ years of experience creating data visualizations with Tableau

-Advanced-Expert level proficiency with SQL

-Prior experience working with MMM and pulling specific insights from Marketing Mix Models

-Experience with Adobe Analytics
