A government agency in Tigard, OR is hiring an HR Business Analyst. This resource will gather requirements from their business partners in HR and work to design them into software based solutions. 75% of responsibilities will be focused on a new ERP implementation and 25% will be HR task focused.
Responsibilities include:
* Data configuration and testing
* Workflow and process creation
* Internal stakeholder meetings
* Business processes such as the creation of disciplinary actions, hiring, offboarding, promotions, etc. within an ERP system
* Various HR operational tasks
* 3+ years of specific HR Business Analyst experience
* Demonstrated experience working with both HR and IT departments within a Business Analyst role
* Experience working with an ERP system, strong preference to HR module experience
* Proficiency configuring, testing and completing data validation within HR functions of ERP systems
* Strong communication skills and ability to articulate HR requirements into software solutions
