Job Description

The Creative Manager will manage and track designated workstreams within the marketing division at one of our largest retail clients. The Creative Manager who will be leading a digital production team, world cup digital production project initiatives and assist with strategy and overall service delivery management within the group. The Creative Manager is a key operational partner to Art Direction & Design, Narrative, Experience & Production, overseeing the health and status of creative workstreams from brief through final delivery. You will specifically be supporting the brand narrative direction for the next year .The Creative Manager is highly organized, efficient and results driven. An expert in managing and tracking creative projects and account management, balancing the tactical needs of creative delivery with the communication skills required to handle client desires and realities. As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing, tracking and delivering creative projects & workstreams assigned to you by the Studio Director. You will work closely with all creative contributors within your Brand Creative Studio, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope and on brief. You will partner closely with Creative Producers, defining the scope of delivery for content creation and communicating budget and timelines in partnership with Project Management. As you track and manage creative workstreams, you will elevate risks to appropriate stakeholders. You will oversee your workstreams through final delivery, including digital executions. You will partner with three to four key agencies on video production and building creative documentation to delivery to internal teams later this year.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of Creative Project Management, Studio Management, Digital Project Management, or Operations Management experience.

- Experience successfully delivered multidimensional marketing and creative projects.

-Ability to partner closely with Creative Producers, defining the scope of delivery for content creation and communicating budget and timelines in partnership with Digital Production.

- Proven experience leading creative teams, managing complex timelines, budgets, deliverables and stakeholders. High level of organization, methodical way of working, and eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong team player, able to develop productive relationships with cross-functional teams.

- Perform as a key operational partner to Art Direction & Design, Narrative, Experience & Production, overseeing the health and status of creative work streams from brief through final delivery

- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Keynote, Airtable and Figma
