An accounts payable automation software company in Downtown Portland, OR is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work remotely (or onsite in Portland if desired) to provide exemplary levels of service, project management and solutions to customers. They are generally the first point of contact when customers have issues or questions.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handle customer issues, complaints, etc. in a professional manner.
* Act as team resource to reduce escalations to management and provide timely, effective guidance to CSR staff
* Perform as an effective project coordinator on assigned projects
* Provide effective tracking and communication to customers regarding Symbeo services, products, upgrades and changes
* Exhibit exemplary communication skills and provide effective and efficient communication to customers, team, supervisors/management and other impacted parties
* Follow issues/ problems/special projects/assigned tasks to closure or resolution to assure maximum customer satisfaction
* Other duties as assigned
