A client in the Portland, Oregon area is looking for a Helpdesk Supervisor to join their team! In this role you would be responsible for overseeing a Service Desk team that supports 1000+ internal users. In this role you would be responsible for managing this team and understanding KPIs within their ticketing system. In this role we are looking for someone who is positive, a team player, and someone who wants to take this team to the next level. This is a direct/hire full time role with benefits, pto, and 401k.
3+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Manager, Service Desk Manager, or similar
Experience managing both small and large projects
Experience with a ticketing system
Able to work on-site in Portland, Oregon
