A large retail company in Beaverton Oregon is seeking a Data Analyst. This position sits within their People Analytics division and supports HR divisions including the Workforce Strategy team. This position is supporting the transition from HR SAP to Workday. This individual will be pulling data sets and working with stakeholders constantly. Day to day, this individual will be heavily working in SQL and documentation on the difference in field definition between systems. This role focuses on the creation, maintenance, and documentation of data sources. In order to be successful in this role, this person needs to be highly independent, confident, and comfortable asking questions. This position is fully remote and needs to be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SQL, with an understanding of what a subquery would be used for or CTE advances
- Experience documenting data definitions and infrastructures.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and high level leaders
- Able to work independently and effectively
