The TCS Template Analyst is focused on the overall Trizetto Communication Systems (TCS) template management.
Activities for this position would include creating and updating TCS templates, as well as coordinating with the TCS team and other departments within the organization. TCS is used by Facets users including all Operations teams. This position requires excellent communication and project management skills with an attention to detail. Essential to this position is maintaining a working knowledge of other interfaced data and information systems used in the Health Plan (e.g. Facets, EAM, CAE, etc.) and a strong understanding of business operations and how they are best accomplished leveraging IS applications. This position will support strategic coding configuration to ensure operational efficiency gains are realized in letter workflow for Operations teams.
MAJOR CHALLENGES:
- Translation/Communication of nontechnical concepts to technical and vice versa.
- Coordinating amongst teams with tight deadlines, often Regulatory related.
- Collaborate with Operations teams and IS/IT to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Being able to pivot between program manager and developer.
- Maintain knowledge and an end-to-end understanding of letter workflow processes and information technology solutions to execute desired outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
- Prioritizes deliverables and objectives rapidly in an ever changing environment without sacrificing quality or timely delivery.
- Manage timelines and simultaneously coordinating projects and deliverables for multiple stakeholders.
- Prioritize work that best meets the needs of the multiple stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate processes for improvement.
- Function as a liaison and problem solver with multiple departments.
Core Responsibilities
* Creating new templates and updating current templates in TCS using TCS template Builder.
* Manage Keyed Inserts and placeholders in TCS.
* Coordinate with various Departments to maintain, configure, and implement TCS templates.
* Monitor TCS communication history.
* Support TCS and Facets upgrade.
* Support TCS team to meet workload needs.
* BA skills required -- listen to Business needs, gather requirements, execute the update, test the updates, and promote to production.
* Create test plans for upgrades
* Facilitate needs for upgrade to ensure tasks are completed.
