Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Brand Narrative Director to support efforts within one of our largest retail clients headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. You will be part of the North America Brand Defining Purpose and Athletes team which is focused on the largest brand moments and athlete marketing efforts for the North America region. As the Narrative Director, you will be focused on strategy, creative direction, and writing. You will create the voice that expresses the heart and soul of the brand, leveraging athletes*, products and services to inspire consumers. You will lead and champion creative concepts and storytelling across NA aligned to the strategic direction provided by NA Brand. You will communicate your concepts to various internal and external audiences. As a creative lead, you will be responsible to take feedback from various stakeholders and drive the development of work to ensure that all work is delivered on time in partnership with studio management and production. You will drive 2-3 projects over the course of a season and partner closely with Writers, Studio Managers, Art Directors, Designers, and Producers. Beyond the core team, you will also work a lot with external creatives -- commissioning various work across multiple disciplines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of creative experience in an editorial, content marketing, brand marketing or related creative field -- and in a sports related industry

- Proven ability to drive high level brand narrative campaigns and innovative storytelling across multiple categories

- Strong digital acumen -- knowledge of how to create and write for different channels and platforms

- Strong ability to sell in ideas to all levels of organization using Keynote

- Experience managing agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high caliber work
