Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a UX/UI Designer for a large retail client in the Toronto area. We are looking for someone that has experience within the IVR/Telephony/Chat/Messaging/Social Media/Email overall omnichannel/CRM space. You will be working on a variety of projects for the omnichannel customer experience for our retail client including a large chatbot project. You will be primarily building out journey's and responses as well as writing content and measuring the success. This is a role with a lot of visibility from stakeholders and has a great opportunity for growth within the company.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Researcher & Designer

- 3+ year of experience at an enterprise level

- Experience with Axure, Sketch, Invision, Figma, etc

- Experience with user research tools such as SurveyMonkey, typeform, hotjar, Google analytics, kissmetrics etc.

- Experience creating customer surveys, interviews, A/B testing, usability testing etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Knowledge in traditional and conversational IVR

- Experience with Google Analytics
