Insight Global is looking for a Helpdesk support specialist to join a major pharmaceutical company in Toronto for a 3 month contract. This position requires an energized IT support professional delivering high quality IT technical support to the Teva customer community. The IT On-Site Support Specialist I makes independent and creative contributions related to providing technical assistance and hands-on resolution of IT incidents and requests. The IT On-Site Support Specialist I installs, tracks, and maintains the IT hardware and software needed to support business/employee objectives.
