Job Description
Seeking a creative and analytical Senior Business Analyst to support B2B and B2C business systems initiatives. This person will work alongside consulting, design, and development teams to define functional scope, gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and advocate for business needs throughout the software development lifecycle. Some travel may be required.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of progressive Business Analyst experience
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops
Experience defining functional scope for software development projects
Experience with business process mapping and decomposition (BPMN)
Experience writing user stories and requirements documentation
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Understanding of data and information management practices
Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Design, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
IIBA Certification
Consulting background
QA testing exposure
UX/design tool experience (Figma, Axure, Sketch, Zeplin)
Experience supporting both B2B and B2C initiatives
