Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Lead to support an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation currently in the delivery/sprint phase. This individual will provide technical leadership across integrations, reporting, security, data conversions, extensions, and overall solution architecture. There is minimal travel required for milestones and though this contract will start with part time hours, there may be increased hours as project needs evolve.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM technical delivery.
• Define technical architecture, integration strategy, and best practices.
• Design and oversee OIC, REST, SOAP, and third-party integrations.
• Manage onshore and offshore technical teams.
• Drive code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
• Partner with functional, reporting, security, and conversion teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support all phases of delivery, including design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience.
• Strong Oracle Cloud HCM implementation background.
• Hands-on experience with:
○ Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
○ REST and SOAP integrations
○ Security, reporting, and data conversions
○ Technical architecture and governance
• Experience leading technical teams and client-facing engagements.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Oracle HCM Cloud and UKG integration experience.
• Experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Agile/Sprint delivery experience.
