Product Owner

Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner to join a Commercial Banking Digital team focused on enhancing and delivering customer experiences across the bank's Administrative Mobile App and Mid-Market Banking App. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, designers, developers, and delivery teams to define product priorities, manage backlogs, and drive the delivery of digital capabilities for commercial banking clients.
Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog for mobile and digital banking initiatives.
Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Partner with business, UX, technology, and delivery teams to execute product roadmaps.
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs and improve digital experiences.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adoption metrics.
Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines across multiple teams.
Support product launches and continuous enhancement initiatives.

3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Product Lead.
Experience delivering digital products within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including technology, design, and business stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
