Role Overview
The Execution & Integration Lead (Transformation Lead) will serve as the Business Lead’s right-hand partner and primary backup, ensuring continuity and execution across strategic initiatives. The role bridges strategy and operations by translating business requirements into actionable plans, processes, documentation, communications, training, governance, and implementation activities.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive transformation professional who can operate independently, influence stakeholders, and drive workstreams forward in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Support one or more business workstreams and strategic initiatives
· Translate business requirements into actionable execution plans
· Define, track, and manage deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risks
· Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision forums
· Represent and provide coverage for the Business Lead in meetings as required
· Document decisions, action items, and next steps
· Support process design, operational readiness, and training activities
· Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation activities
· Maintain governance reporting and provide visibility into progress, issues, and risks
· Drive stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams

Desired Experience & Skills

· Strong transformation, program, project, or change management experience
· Proven ability to work with senior leaders and executives
· Experience driving cross-functional initiatives
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
· Strong business analysis and process improvement capabilities
· Experience developing executive-ready presentations and governance materials
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
· Experience in financial services is preferred
