Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to support a leading financial institution's Mythos Cyber Defense Program, a high-profile enterprise initiative focused on identifying, prioritizing, and remediating AI-driven and code-based vulnerabilities across the organization.
This individual will operate within the CTO and Cyber Security organizations, supporting executive leadership in the management of a complex portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives aimed at reducing enterprise risk exposure. The Program Manager will oversee governance, execution, financial management, regulatory readiness, and executive communications for one of the technical pods which contains multiple interconnected workstreams.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading large-scale cybersecurity and/or technology risk programs within a major bank or regulated environment. They are highly autonomous, thrive in ambiguity, and can confidently drive accountability across technical and executive stakeholders without requiring day-to-day oversight.
The successful candidate will partner with teams across Cyber Security, Technology Risk, Infrastructure, Application Development, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and the CTO Office to accelerate vulnerability remediation efforts, support regulatory reviews, implement new controls, and deliver measurable risk reduction outcomes. The role requires an individual who can seamlessly bridge executive strategy and technical execution while communicating effectively with senior leadership audiences. This program is focused on enterprise responses to AI-driven vulnerability discovery and code-level security risks.

• 10+ years of Program Management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technology risk initiatives
• PMP certification
• Experience supporting CTO, CISO, Cyber Defense, SOC, Technology Risk, GITR, or Security Governance organizations
• Proven success delivering complex programs with multiple workstreams, interdependencies, and executive stakeholders
• Experience managing large-scale initiatives within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments
• Demonstrated experience supporting regulatory reviews, audits, risk assessments, and control implementation initiatives
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts including vulnerability management, exposure management, threat remediation, and security controls
• Experience managing technical remediation teams and workstreams focused on code-based vulnerabilities
• Exceptional executive communication skills with experience developing presentations, committee materials, executive briefings, and governance reporting
• Practiced at using AI to accelerate and simplify complex information for transparent communication and effective senior leadership decision-making.

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who has already lived in this environment. Someone who has supported a CTO, CISO, Cyber Security, Technology Risk, or Security Operations function within a large bank and can immediately step in to drive the Mythos program forward. This person should be comfortable managing executive stakeholders, leading governance forums, supporting regulatory reviews, coordinating technical leads across multiple remediation pods, and producing high-quality executive communications with minimal direction.
