Marketing Data Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to support digital analytics reporting and dashboard development at a leading banking customer. This role is focused on building dashboards, manipulating and analyzing data, and delivering insights across key banking lines of business.

Contract / Work Arrangement
- Term: 12-month contract (target)
- Work model: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
- Location: Downtown Toronto
- Start: ASAP (no fixed start date; onboarding typically 2–3 weeks)

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting (primary focus)
- Extract, transform, and analyze data to support digital performance measurement
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into reporting solutions
- Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing analytics assets

- Strong, hands-on SQL and PowerBI skills
- Experience as a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst working with marketing campaign data
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional partners
- Experience building dashboards and working with large datasets

- SAS (can be trained; not required)
- Banking/financial services data experience (helpful but not mandatory)
