Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a complex, multi‑workstream technology program. The organization is migrating from legacy system Genesys to Amazon Connect. The role is accountable for driving execution, managing dependencies, risks, and financials, and ensuring alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Key expectations:
• Own program planning, delivery, governance, and executive reporting working directly with the CIO
• Drive cross‑functional coordination across multiple teams and vendors
• Actively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones
• Manage program financials, forecasts, and change control
• Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders and executives

Required Skills & Experience
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience managing large, complex programs (technology or digital ) minimum 8- 10 years experience
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Comfortable operating in agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
• Proactive, structured, and able to drive outcomes with minimal oversight
Experience with CCaaS

Contact Centre transformations (e.g., Amazon Connect, cloud contact centers)
