Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior PCO to support a portfolio of technology initiatives within a leading bank in downtown Toronto. This individual will act as a trusted partner to Program Managers, Project Managers, and Technology Leaders, ensuring strong governance, financial oversight, reporting, risk management, and project coordination across both strategic programs and BAU portfolio initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Support one large enterprise program and several smaller projects within a technology portfolio
• Partner closely with Program Managers and Project Managers to ensure projects remain on track
• Manage and maintain project governance artifacts, including:
○ Risk and issue logs
○ Action item trackers
○ Project schedules
○ Status reports
○ Financial tracking and forecasting
• Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, steering committees, and executive portfolio reviews
• Prepare executive presentations and portfolio reporting materials
• Drive meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications
• Track project budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial reporting activities in accordance with established governance processes
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting requirements
• Manage project documentation and audit-ready records within SharePoint
• Monitor project milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholder groups
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting, tracking, and project administration activities
• Support PMO-related BAU activities and portfolio management processes

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years as a Project Coordinator, ideally within a PMO
• Experience supporting technology projects/programs within banking or financial services
• Strong project governance experience including RAID logs, risk management, action tracking, and status reporting
• Experience with project financials, budget tracking, forecasting, and portfolio reporting
• Intermediate Excel skills (reporting, financial tracking, analysis)
• Hands-on experience with Clarity, Jira, SharePoint and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while supporting multiple stakeholders, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Microsoft Project (MS Project) experience
• Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve reporting and project management processes
• Previous exposure to Payments, Treasury, or Banking Technology programs
• Payments modernization experience (Real-Time Payments, Tokenized Cash, etc.)
