Risk Analyst, Treasury and Liquidity

Insight Global is seeking a Risk Analyst to join a major banking client within their Treasury Data Management team. The successful candidate will support risk and liquidity management initiatives and work closely with treasury and business stakeholders to analyze data, identify trends, and support risk reporting and decision-making. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong finance or treasury background who understands how a large financial institution operates and has experience working with risk management, treasury operations, or capital markets functions. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, SQL expertise, and the ability to work with large datasets to support business and risk objectives.

• 3+ years experience as an analyst in Finance, Treasury, Risk (Market Risk, Credit Risk), Liquidity
• Strong SQL skills - writing SQL queries, developing automated solutions in SQL
• Treasury, Risk Management, Capital Markets, Liquidity Risk, or Treasury Operations experience
• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Understanding of common financial terms such as assets, liabilities, repos, etc
• Strong understanding of banking operations and how a bank functions

• Experience with QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) solutions/platform
• FRM (Financial Risk Manager) designation or pursuing
• Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA
