Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Auditor to join an emerging global pharmaceutical/clinical trial consulting firm. The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive, end-to-end audit of the case management platform, assessing its infrastructure, security, integrations, data integrity, access controls,systems control, IP controls and performance. This role involves evaluating technical architecture, system workflows, and overall alignment with organizational goals, while engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback on usability, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. The auditor will analyze user journeys, map current processes and data flows, and document system functionality to identify gaps and inefficiencies. Responsibilities include preparing a detailed audit report with actionable recommendations, advising on interoperability with emerging state data systems, and supporting strategic rebranding efforts by aligning technology improvements with user expectations and organizational objectives.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills.
This role is fully remote in the US or Canada, working EST hours.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in systems analysis, IT auditing, business systems consulting, or enterprise platform evaluation.
- Expertise in assessing and recommending strategies for system interoperability, particularly within public sector or health data environments.
- Demonstrated ability to audit case management systems, workflow platforms, or enterprise-level tools.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, APIs, data modeling, and integration frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical and user feedback into actionable insights.
- Proven experience conducting user research and engaging stakeholders across both technical and non-technical domains.
