Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Investment Operations Specialist to join one of Canada’s top banking institutions. This role sits within the Investment Operations team and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and has a strong foundation in financial services.
You’ll play a key role in supporting investment processes, ensuring transactions are accurate, compliant, and delivered with a high level of service to internal partners and clients.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in investment operations, banking, or financial services
Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, or a related field
Strong Excel skills and overall technical proficiency
Solid understanding of financial products, operations, and controls
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with process improvement or change initiatives
-Exposure to reporting tools or dashboards
-Experience mentoring junior team members
