Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of the ServiceNow platform. This individual will work closely with end users, developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure platform stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
The successful candidate will support ServiceNow operations, troubleshoot platform issues, assist with upgrades and releases, maintain integrations, develop reports and dashboards, and contribute to workflow automation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong ServiceNow platform knowledge and experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments.

Required Skills & Experience
ServiceNow Expertise
3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Experience supporting and administering the ServiceNow platform
Strong understanding of data models, workflows, UI design, and business rules
ITSM / Functional Experience
Hands-on experience with:
Incident Management
Change Management
Problem Management
Request Management
CMDB
Knowledge Management
Experience with ITIL best practices and procedures
Environment & Support
Experience working in a large enterprise or matrix environment
Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting ServiceNow issues
Core Competencies
