Job Description
Brampton Sheet Metal (Enercare Franchise) is looking for a reliable, hard‑working individual to join our growing duct cleaning team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being on the road, and taking pride in a clean, well‑done job. No prior duct cleaning experience is required – we will provide on‑the‑job training. A car and a gas card is also provided for the employee to take home.
What you’ll do
• Perform residential duct cleaning using company equipment and vehicles
• Set up, operate, and safely maintain hoses, vacuums, and related tools
• Follow work orders and directions from the lead technician or supervisor
• Keep work areas clean and protect customers’ homes and property
• Complete basic paperwork or app‑based job notes at the end of each job
Provide professional, courteous service to customers on site
Day to Day
Responding to 3+ calls daily
Receiving calls / jobs on the company Ipad (Can go straight to job sites from home / does not need to come into office)
Coming into office for training, picking up supplies and paperwork (on an as needed basis)

Required Skills & Experience
Background in customer service (hotels, food service, restaurants)
*6 months experience required
Great Coms (Communicating with customers, upselling protection plans)
Drivers License and comfortable driving
Interested in staying in the role for 2-3+ years at least
