We are seeking a highly driven Program Manager to support a critical Cost Optimization portfolio within the Home Financing domain. This individual will operate at the center of a fast-paced, complex environment, driving multiple concurrent initiatives focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and transformation across mortgage and lending products. The ideal candidate brings strong structure, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to synthesize competing priorities into clear, actionable plans. This role requires a strong leadership presence and the confidence to engage directly with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, to influence decision-making and drive outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing multiple competing initiatives with tight timelines and dependencies
Strong cost optimization / cost reduction program experience (financial tracking, benefits realization, efficiency initiatives)
Experience within home financing, mortgage, or retail lending domains
Exceptional communication skills – able to present and influence at executive level
Strong problem-solving ability – able to structure ambiguity into clear plans and recommendations
Demonstrated leadership presence with ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders (incl. executive-level partners)
Highly organized with strong program governance, tracking, and reporting capabilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience supporting home buying transformation or mortgage modernization initiatives
Background in financial institutions (banking, lending, or capital markets)
Experience working within enterprise PMO or transformation offices
Exposure to risk, controls, or regulatory environments within financial services
Experience building business cases and tracking cost savings / ROI outcomes
