Job Description
Insight Global is supporting one of our largest consumer health customers in their Digital Commerce initiatives for the Canada market and is seeking a Lead Business Process Analyst. This person will sit at the intersection of business, data, and technology—owning end-to-end efforts to identify gaps, define solutions, and drive delivery.
They’ll partner closely with stakeholders to understand challenges across digital shelf performance, product data, and content, translating needs into clear requirements for internal data teams. A key focus will be aligning with dashboard developers to build reporting tied to Amazon and Walmart performance, ensuring the business has visibility into critical metrics and can make informed decisions.
This role will also drive improvements in data integration across platforms like Salsify and web ecosystems to ensure product content is accurate and consistent across channels. Additionally, the individual will identify process inefficiencies, recommend automation or tooling enhancements, and partner with Digital Shelf, SEO, and content teams to improve overall performance.
This is a lead-level, non-development role focused on orchestrating across teams, driving near-term priorities, and helping define future-state improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience in Digital Commerce / eCommerce (Amazon and Walmart strongly preferred)
• 6+ years in Business Analysis / Business Process Analyst roles
• Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements into data/technical solutions
• Experience working cross-functionally with both business stakeholders (marketing, eCommerce, commercial teams) and IT/data/platform teams
• Hands-on experience supporting digital shelf / product content ecosystems, including PDPs, content quality, and retailer readiness
• Experience working with analytics and dashboards (defining insights and requirements, not building)
• Proven ability to operate in large, matrixed environments with strong stakeholder management skills
• Track record of improving processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Salsify or other Product Information Management (PIM) tools
• Experience with digital shelf optimization, SEO, or AEO
• Exposure to AI or automation tools (Copilot, agency tools, etc.)
• Experience within CPG or retail environments
• Experience supporting Canada or regional market execution
• Familiarity with content workflows, approvals, and governance processes
