Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer / Administrator to join a collaborative team supporting ongoing Salesforce initiatives within a growing Centre of Excellence (CoE).
This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working alongside internal stakeholders and an external Systems Integrator to enhance and maintain Salesforce solutions post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and transformation leads
• Partner with external SI to ensure scalable, supportable implementations
• Build and maintain:
○ Custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules
○ Flows (Flow Builder, Screen Flows) and declarative automation
○ Dashboards, reports, and data structures
• Support Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems
• Maintain system security (roles, profiles, sharing rules, field-level security)
• Perform ongoing admin tasks (user setup, access, configuration updates)
• Contribute to Salesforce best practices, governance, and standards
• Support post-deployment enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong hands-on development experience with:
○ Apex
○ SOQL
○ Lightning (LWC/Aura)
• Experience with Salesforce administration across multiple orgs
• Familiarity with:
○ Flow Builder / declarative automation tools
○ Salesforce security model
• Experience with DevOps tools such as:
○ Azure DevOps (open to other DevOps tools)
○ Gearset (or similar tools like Copado)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Salesforce certifications (Admin and/or Developer)
• Platform Developer I or II certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Platform Developer 2 certification
• Experience with:
○ Manufacturing Cloud
○ Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
○ CRM Analytics or Reporting enhancements
• Exposure to enterprise environments and large-scale implementations
