Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Digital Product Manager to support a strategic initiative within a leading bank's loyalty team. This role is focused on designing, building, and scaling offers, rewards, and customer engagement experiences that enhance loyalty across the bank’s digital ecosystem, creating a more seamless, personalized customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for loyalty, offers, and rewards initiatives
• Translate high-level business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver customer-facing digital features
• Lead the development of offers and rewards experiences, including campaign enablement, redemption flows, and customer journeys
• Drive integration of loyalty features into the broader digital banking platform and ecosystem
• Use data and insights to inform product decisions, experimentation, and continuous optimization
• Navigate ambiguity in early stages while establishing structure, processes, and measurable outcomes
• Ensure all experiences align with regulatory and compliance requirements within a banking environment

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager delivering customer-facing products
• Experience within digital banking, fintech, or regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, business, marketing, and design teams
• Experience driving end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Contentful, and Miro
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with personalization, targeting, or CRM/offer management platforms
• Experience building or supporting loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or customer engagement solutions
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, and experimentation
• Experience working on platform integrations or ecosystem-level initiatives
