Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Quadient Inspire Developer to support a major North American banking client in modernizing high‑volume, regulated customer communications. This role focuses on designing, enhancing, and deploying secure, compliant CCM workflows across print and digital channels.
Responsibilities
• Design and enhance customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
• Build workflows for statements, regulatory notices, onboarding packages, loan communications, and other banking artifacts.
• Implement data mapping, personalization logic, and multi‑channel output (PDF, AFP, email, SMS).
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure banking regulatory compliance.
• Support unit testing, UAT, and production deployment cycles.
• Troubleshoot template rendering issues, workflow failures, and data‑integration defects.
• Work with upstream systems (core banking, CRM, LOS, APIs, SFTP).
• Maintain documentation and follow SDLC, security, and audit standards required by financial institutions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years Quadient Inspire development using Designer (GUI)
• React/React.js experience for front end web development
• Experience with Quadient Scaler or similar RDBMS experience or equivalent CCM software experience (ie. OpenText CCM/HP ExStream)
• Data mapping, JSON, XML
• Experience developing customer communications in a regulated environment.
• Strong scripting skills (Inspire scripting modules).
• Ability to adapt quickly to new ways of working
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Quadient Automation, Interactive
• Experience in banking or financial services CCM.
• MessagePoint, ICM, or Scaler experience.
• Experience integrating with APIs (REST/SOAP), SFTP, or batch systems.
Familiarity with regulatory communications (Reg E, Reg Z, AML/KYC notices).
