Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technology Platform Lead to drive end-to-end platform strategy, governance, and delivery oversight across a modern cloud-based ecosystem. This individual will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards while guiding cross-functional teams through complex platform initiatives.
This role requires a hands-on strategic leader with strong experience in front-end development (Angular) and AWS serverless architecture (Lambda), combined with a deep understanding of enterprise governance within a regulated environment.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership roles (Platform Lead, Architect background)
Strong experience with AWS cloud services, specifically:
AWS Lambda
API Gateway
Event-driven / serverless architecture
Strong front-end experience with Angular and modern UI architecture
Experience providing technical oversight of UI development (not just backend or architecture)
Deep understanding of technology governance, risk, and compliance within financial services
Experience working with enterprise delivery tools and frameworks (Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines, Github, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management experience, including executive-level communication
