Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Scrum Master to support a large-scale loan management and collections transformation within a financial services environment. This role will play a key part in a net-new initiative focused on migrating to LoanPro and expanding operations into the U.S. market.
This Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams across both onshore (Toronto) and offshore teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving alignment across stakeholders. The role is highly collaborative and people-focused, with an emphasis on enabling team performance, ensuring delivery momentum, and fostering strong communication across distributed teams.
A significant portion of this role will involve leading morning Agile ceremonies (EST) aligned with offshore teams, followed by collaboration with local executives and stakeholders to ensure priorities are aligned and deliverables are progressing effectively.
This consultant will support a collections-focused transformation project, helping guide teams through a platform migration while contributing to continuous improvements across Agile practices and delivery execution. This position is a 9-month contract with strong potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

Required Skills & Experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
7+ years of overall professional experience
2–3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role
Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Scrum processes
Experience supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning activities
Strong communication skills with experience working across offshore and onshore teams
Proven ability to quickly adapt and make an impact in new environments
Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first, relationship-driven approach
Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience within financial services, lending, or sub-prime environments
Exposure to LoanPro or similar loan servicing platforms
Experience supporting digital transformation or platform migration initiatives
Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical delivery with evolving business priorities
Background working in collections or loan servicing workflows
