Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an Intermediate Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise banking transformation initiative focused on rebuilding a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) platform for a top 5 bank. This multi-year program involves multiple Agile teams and a complex data transformation and migration effort onto ServiceNow.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis to support system migration and new data model development
- Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions
- Contribute to data mapping, transformation, and migration activities
- Analyze datasets to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
- Collaborate within Agile teams to support sprint planning, delivery, and milestones
- Take ownership of deliverables and ensure accuracy and quality of outputs

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills (e.g., reconciliation, manipulation, validation)
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous or evolving project environments
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
- Exposure to data migration, data mapping, or transformation initiatives
- Experience in financial services or large enterprise programs
