Job Description
We are looking for AI-focused Software Developers to build a document intelligence and workflow automation platform. This initiative centers around OCR, document ingestion, and agent-driven automation across business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance document ingestion and processing pipelines
- Implement OCR solutions for extracting structured and unstructured data
- Develop workflow automation systems using agentic AI approaches
- Design and implement end-to-end processing pipelines from intake to decision/action
- Integrate with internal and external systems via APIs and services
- Contribute to scalable cloud-based architecture and deployment

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in software development (Python, Java, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with OCR, document parsing, and ingestion pipelines
- Exposure to workflow automation tools and frameworks
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Strong integration experience (APIs, microservices, event-driven systems)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with agentic AI / autonomous workflow systems
- Background in insurance or financial services
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (M365 integrations, Azure services)
