Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager (ADM) to support high-visibilitya fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ADM operates as a hybrid Scrum Master and Project Manager, responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across complex programs while ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes.
This role requires a strong ability to lead within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks, acting as an Agile coach at the team level while partnering closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, solution architects, and senior stakeholders. The ADM will facilitate key Agile ceremonies, manage risks, dependencies, and financials, and promote a data-driven, continuous improvement culture across delivery teams.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience standing up teams, navigating competing priorities, and maintaining transparency across delivery through robust reporting and metrics. Strong communication and leadership skills are critical, with the ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and drive alignment in a highly regulated environment.

Required Skills & Experience

JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, and ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of DevOps, release management, and enterprise SDLC processes
Experience in financial technology across domains like digital, personal and business banking, customer facing applications
