Manager, Consolidated Accounting

Insight Global is hiring for a Manager of Consolidated Accounting with a strong foundation financial reporting, and foreign exchange (FX) analysis. This individual will support consolidated financial reporting and FX exposure analysis within a complex, multi-entity and multi-currency environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term conversion.
This role will be responsible for preparing and supporting consolidated financial statements, contributing to financial disclosures, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. A significant portion of the role focuses on analyzing multi-currency exposures, determining FX positions, and partnering with Treasury to support hedging strategies and risk mitigation efforts.
On a day-to-day basis, the incumbent will extract and analyze transactional financial data using advanced Excel functions, including Power Query, to streamline reporting and improve data accuracy. This individual will blend responsibilities across financial reporting, consolidated accounting, and FX analysis, while also providing guidance to junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally with finance and treasury partners.

• 6+ years of experience in:
○ Financial reporting
○ Consolidated accounting
○ Multi-currency / foreign exchange (FX) environments
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query for data extraction and automation
• Experience working with transaction-level financial data

• CPA designation (or equivalent)
• Prior experience within financial services or banking
• Exposure to Alteryx or similar data/automation tools
• Background in operational accounting (preferred over audit-heavy experience)
