Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Campaign Fulfillment & Analytics to support the execution of complex promotional campaigns within a banking environment. This role sits at the intersection of campaign analytics, fulfillment, and payments, requiring strong technical expertise in SAS and the ability to translate campaign terms and conditions into accurate code and payout logic.
This is a high‑risk, high‑impact role, as it directly affects client payments and promotional fulfillment accuracy
Responsibilities
- Translate campaign terms & conditions (e.g., promotional offers, eligibility rules, holding periods) into SAS code and execution logic
- Execute and validate campaign fulfillment processes, ensuring accurate payout calculations for eligible clients
- Analyze, monitor, and track campaign performance over time, including multi-period eligibility and payout scenarios
- Work with stakeholders to ensure campaign rules and requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented
- Perform campaign reporting and analysis, identifying issues, validating outputs, and optimizing performance
- Handle complex datasets involving client activity, balances, and transactional criteria tied to promotions
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, particularly in scenarios involving financial payouts

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in data analytics or campaign analytics
• Exceptional candidates with 3+ years and highly relevant experience may be considered
- Strong hands-on experience with:
• SAS (Enterprise Guide / coding) – ability to build and manage complex logic
- Proven experience with:
• Campaign fulfillment / promotional execution
• Translating business rules or offer terms into code
Working with campaign reporting and monitoring
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in banking or financial services strongly preferred
