Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Campaign Measurement Manager/Senior Analyst to join a leading banking client in Toronto. This is a hybrid role and requires commitment to 3x/week in person Toronto.
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Campaign Measurement professional to support the measurement, optimization, and performance reporting of omni-channel marketing campaigns across the organization. This role will partner closely with campaign execution, channel strategy, analytics, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and consultative, with strong experience translating complex data into meaningful business recommendations. They should be comfortable managing cross-functional relationships, navigating ambiguity, and driving measurement best practices within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end campaign measurement and performance analysis across multiple marketing channels, including email, digital, paid media, and customer lifecycle programs.
* Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting methodologies that align with business objectives and campaign goals.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI to provide clear visibility into campaign performance, trends, and optimization opportunities.
* Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify drivers of performance, customer behavior insights, segmentation opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
* Translate analytical findings into concise and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Partner closely with marketing, campaign operations, channel owners, analytics teams, and business leaders to ensure measurement strategies are aligned across initiatives.
* Manage stakeholder relationships effectively by providing consultative support, proactive communication, and strategic recommendations.
* Support test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing, and evaluate campaign effectiveness using statistical and analytical methodologies.
* Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and governance across measurement deliverables and dashboards.
* Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency through scalable measurement solutions.
* Present insights, performance summaries, and executive-ready reporting materials to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
* Contribute to the evolution of campaign measurement standards, best practices, and performance frameworks across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
* 4+ years of experience in campaign measurement, marketing analytics, business intelligence, customer analytics, or related analytical roles.
* Strong proficiency with Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, and performance reporting.
* Experience working with large datasets and translating data into strategic business insights.
* Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, customer engagement metrics, attribution methodologies, and marketing performance measurement.
* Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and build strong working relationships across business and technical teams.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience within a large enterprise or matrixed organization is considered an asset.
* Familiarity with SQL, data visualization best practices, and marketing automation ecosystems is preferred.
* Experience supporting omni-channel marketing or customer engagement programs is strongly preferred.
