Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to support the execution of facilities and infrastructure projects across multiple sites. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering mechanical retrofit and construction initiatives, ensuring alignment with design specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mechanical systems, project coordination, and construction execution, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end in live operational environments.

Required Skills & Experience

20+ years of experience in:

Mechanical project management
Facilities or construction project coordination


Experience working on:

HVAC systems and mechanical retrofits
Infrastructure projects (water systems, building upgrades)


Strong understanding of:

Construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation


Proven ability to:

Manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
Drive project execution in active environments


Knowledge of:

Health, safety, and regulatory standards
