Job Description

The DQI Manager (Data Quality Issue Management Lead) is responsible for governance, validation, tracking, reporting, and closure management of Data Quality Issue Management (DQIM) activities across IT Asset Management controls.

-Working with Monitoring Control Owners (MCOs), SMEs, -Enablement teams, ITAM Control Execution, ESMA partners, and Audit stakeholders, the resource will ensure strong control execution, audit readiness, discrepancy resolution, and preventative governance.

The resource will:
-Review open DQIM inventories and mitigation plans
-Validate completeness and quality of remediation efforts
-Monitor aging items and resolution timelines
-Review closure evidence against source reports and PROD ServiceNow data
-Re-open or reissue invalid closures
-Support Incident (INC) creation where required
-Produce reporting, metrics, and trend analysis
-Support Tracker 2.0 migration into Jira
-Maintain dashboards and reporting visibility
-Conduct review sessions with MCOs and SMEs
-Support IO-2 procedure execution and control alignment
-Monitor shared mailbox and respond to DQIM inquiries

The role is an individual contributor position and manages issue governance and execution, not people.

Possess 8–10+ years of experience within:
-IT Asset Management (ITAM)
-Governance and controls
-Audit / compliance environments
-Data quality management
-Discrepancy management
-Control execution activities
-Financial institutions or regulated environments

Strong knowledge of:
-DQIM lifecycle management
-Issue tracking and remediation
-Incident management processes (INC)
-Audit readiness and reporting
-Root cause analysis
-Trend analysis

Advanced Excel skills including:
-VLOOKUP
-Compare formulas
-Cross-sheet reconciliation
-Data validation
-Audit tracking
-Spreadsheet governance
-Trend reporting

ServiceNow experience including:
-Asset searches
-Device review
-Compliance validation
-Closure verification
-Evidence review
