Senior Project Manager

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-visibility retention initiative within a Personal & Business Banking technology environment, with a focus on data and analytics delivery. This role will drive end-to-end execution, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights-driven solutions that support client retention strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong Canadian banking experience (ideally prior exposure to similar environments) and a proven track record managing complex, data-centric programs. Initial contract runs through October 31, with a strong likelihood of extension to February 2027.

Responsibilites:
Lead end-to-end project delivery for a complex retention initiative
Manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology, and data teams
Drive data and analytics workstreams, including reporting, insights, and governance
Ensure timelines, risks, and dependencies are actively managed
Provide clear executive-level updates and status reporting

Strong Senior Project Management experience in Canadian banking
Prior experience within Personal or Business Banking environments
Proven background in data and analytics–driven projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
