Intermediate Financial Analyst

Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate Financial Analyst with strong FP&A experience to support financial planning, reporting, and forecasting within a dynamic banking environment. This individual will partner closely with both business and technology stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain recurring financial reporting cadence, including monthly FAR (Financial Activity Reports), full-year variance analysis, and rolling forecasts
Support the development and management of annual budgets and ongoing financial forecasts
Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide clear commentary and recommendations
Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting
Develop and deliver presentations for senior leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technology teams to align on financials and key initiatives
Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests

Experience creating and presenting materials to senior leadership
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams

3–5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
Strong FP&A experience (financial planning, forecasting, budgeting – required)
Experience preparing financial reports and variance analysis
Proven ability to build forecasts and budgets independently

Clarity PPM experience
Banking or financial services industry experience
