Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a SOX Tester for a large telecommunications company. This person will support the Internal Audit team by executing hands-on testing of internal controls as part of the organization's SOX compliance program. This includes performing walkthroughs with control owners, assessing control design, and executing tests of operating effectiveness through sampling and evidence review across key business processes. The role requires working within a structured audit methodology to document procedures, results, and conclusions in clear, well-supported workpapers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fully execution-focused role, identifying control deficiencies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of testing activites.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of SOX testing experience, specifically on the execution side of audits or SOX engagements.
- background working within a firm experienced in doing the testing
- comfortable working independently in a delivery-focused, execution role
- experience following a structured audit methodology
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- CPA designation or in progress preferred
