Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Inside Account Executive to support one of our leading tech clients small and medium business base on a 6 month contract. This is a fast paced role suitable for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, communicates confidently, and takes ownership from request through resolution. This role will interact closely with internal teams to guide production selection, pricing, availability, and overall solutioning across territory to delivery seamless and high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include:
-Manage a high volume of inbound customer requests, ensuring timely response, follow‑up, and resolution
-Understand customer priorities and connect solutions to business outcomes and use cases
-Engage with customer stakeholders and build strong, trusted relationships
-Grow and manage pipeline while supporting customer retention
-Coordinate with internal teams to align resources and meet customer needs
-Provide guidance on product configuration, pricing, and availability

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage high volume of customer requests
-Friendly, approachable, team player
-Effective communicator - both verbal and written
-Ability to deliver on outcome-based selling and crafting value propositions
-Ability to develop strong relationships with influencers/decisions makers
-Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, and to use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized customer interaction

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience in sales, inside sales, account management, or customer‑facing roles
-Familiarity with sales processes and pipeline management
